I understand that this is a recent development, but I think we are at a critical juncture in our state''s history. I can''t believe there has not been more activity and discussion on this topic.

This seems to be grounds for constructive discharge from any office. I have read and understand that not all of them are eligable to be recalled yet because needs to occur one year after election. So we need to start now.

Who is paying for this time away for these senators? The unions? If so, does that polical contribution need to be disclosed? How can they justify not upholding their oath of office? If you have changed your residency to another state are you eliglible to hold office in this state?

I agree. I cannot think of any employer that would allow someone to abandon their job for over a week and not be discharged. I hope people can see how much influence the unions have over how OUR hard earned taxdollars are spent.
