Nominate Judge Ralph Adam Fine to Appeals Court 1

Help Nominate and Keep a Strong Conservative on the Wisconsin Appeals Court

Hold on, take a second look.  That circulator may be one of the good guys!  CRG is circulating nomination papers for incumbent Appeals Court Judge Ralph Adam Fine.  With all the "Walker derangement syndrome" on display most commercial venues are prohibiting all signature collection and many of our own supporters either avoid anyone with a clipboard or refuse to sign anything that looks like a petition!  So we are making a direct appeal for conservatives to simply download an official nomination form, sign it, have a few friends or relatives sign it, then you simply sign it again as the circulator and call for a pick up or mail it back no later than December 26th (right after collecting all those Christmas Party signatures) to make certain it arrives in time to deliver to the GAB.

Sign, Pick-up, and Drop-off Points

You can always call CRG at 414-801-0800 (Volunteer Line), 414-429-9501 (Chris), or 414-573-8709 (Orv) to have someone deliver and pick-up forms for signing and circulation if you wish do so past the December 27th mailing date.  Watch here for other signing, pick-up, and drop-off points during the last week of December.

We have heard that Milwaukee County GOP has forms for signing at 1488 So. 84th St.
West Allis, WI 53214.  However, as they are an independent group we cannot vouch for their activities and advise calling first at 414-727-1220 for hours and capabilities.

RULES FOR SIGNING OR CIRCULATING NOMINATION PAPERS

1. Any U.S. voter can circulate nomination papers but only eligible Milwaukee County voters may sign the nomination papers.  You do not need to be registered to vote.  You must only be eligible to vote (i.e. 18 years or older, non-felon, county resident).

2. Signers must include signature and full mailing address and indicate whether the address is a town, village or city.  You may sign your own nomination form as both signer and circulator.

3. Signatures must be dated on or after December 1, 2011 and on or before December 31, 2011 (i.e. in the month of December).

4. Signatures must appear on the form in date order (i.e. a signature dated 12/1/11 cannot appear after a signature dated 12/2/11).

5. Circulators must witness each signature. When the form is ready to be turned in (it does not need to be a full sheet of signatures, even one is sufficient), the circulator must sign, add their full mailing address, and date the form.

6. Nominations papers must be originals (no faxes or copies) must be received BY CRG no later than December 31, 2011 so they may be delivered to the GAB no later than 5PM January 3, 2011.

7. We would like to collect and receive as many signatures as possible by December 29th so we have an accurate count well before the deadline.  Nominations papers should be returned to
